BOB WILLS DAY 2008 INFO……..CLICK HERE

Welcome

As you walk through the doors of Hotel Turkey, you will step back in time to a by-gone era brimming with nostalgia. Hotel Turkey was built in 1927 to provide lodging for railroad travelers and salesmen, and has continued to operate since that time. Refurbished between 1989 and 1996, Hotel Turkey now operates as a bed and breakfast and as a living museum.

There is a lovely glassed-in porch with 10 rocking chairs -- waiting for you.

Hotel Turkey has excellent facilities for family gatherings and retreats. Of course, Turkey is the home of Bob Wills, the legendary "King of Western Swing", with a museum in his honor. Beautiful Caprock Canyons State Park is only 15 miles away.

Hotel Turkey has been featured in Texas Highways, Texas Monthly, Bob Phillips Texas Country Reporter, the Dallas Morning News, to mention a few, and is listed with the National and State of Texas Historic registries.

Come and experience for yourself the charm and ambience of Hotel Turkey.

Breakfast is always prepared for the guests in the Dining room; any other meals will be prepared in the dining room for groups of 15 or more upon request.

Along with each of our beautiful rooms you enjoy Cable TV and you can get Wireless High Speed Internet Service in most rooms and in the Dining Room, a perfect location for business meetings and conferences.

Hotel Turkey, as friendly and cozy as a trip to Granny's house.
